Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

For items purchased at DASOF.STORE, all return requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days after receiving your order, inclusive of the day the order was received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in sale-able condition – i.e. in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn, unused, unaltered, free of any odors / fragrances / marks, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If an item does not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at their own expense. We determine if the returned item meets these conditions at our sole discretion.

The cost of the return request is AED 50.00, which will be deducted from your refund.

To request a return, you can contact us at cb@dasof.store – we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your item and make a new order.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If your payment method was in cash, we will refund you to a bank account indicated by you, or through Al Ansari Exchange. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
